Family Day at the Air Force Base

Jason's reserve unit held a family day in March, and the boys and I had an amazing time at the Davis-Monthan Air Force base. They rented out a hangar, catered a ton of food, brought in some helicopters, the swat team, the police and fire departments, the fish and game department, the coast guard, jumping castles, animals and bugs from the zoo and U of A and even a dunk tank. Carson and Owen's favorite activity by far was playing in the helicopter. Maybe we have some future flyers? :) I'm really glad Jason is a part of a really great and supportive unit.

Carson was told to throw the life vest to the drowing swimmer, and he hooked it on the swimmer's arm the first try. What a natural! :)
