Bible School

This summer has been the 'summer of bible schools' for Carson. He attended a whopping three of them! He really enjoyed learning about God and even memorized a bible verse or two. I was quite proud that he did so well and was excited to attend each one. I really want the boys to grow up with God in their hearts.

"Grow in the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Get to know Him better. Give Him glory
both now and forever. Amen." (2 Peter 3:18)

I would try to come early to see the last few minutes of the day, and during one of the bible schools, the kids were asked to raise their hands if they knew that day's verse. Then child picked would go upfront and say it into a microphone to get a prize. Each day, I would see Carson's hand shoot up, and when he actually said his verse into the microphone, I must admit, a few tears welled up in my eyes.
