A Week With the Hillard's

My mom and dad visited for a week in April, and it was, as usual, a wonderful visit. I think Carson said he missed them every morning for a week after they left. Along with participating in all of Owen's birthday festivities, we also went swimming at the Cove, played in the backyard, planted tomatoes and flowers and made a trip to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. Owen wanted to play soccer too. He doesn't quite get what soccer is all about yet - he likes to pick up the ball and throw it into the net.

These flowers only bloom a few days a year. Lucky us!
