My Valentine's

My three Valentine's!
(Poor Owen isn't at his best, he is getting over a double ear infection, but is doing much since the antibiotics have kicked in.)

We had a really nice Valentine's weekend that kicked off with Carson's first Valentine's party at school. He picked out dinosaur Valentine's (big surprise there!) to hand out to his classmates and also picked out some chocolates for his teachers. Ms. Lynn, his teacher, told me he kept telling everyone 'Happy Valentine's Day' over and over. My sweet boy. :) Here he is with his Valentine's from class. Owen was interested in checking out the Valentine loot as well.

The boys also got some really nice Valentine's in the mail, and the boys LOVE to get mail. So thank you Gammy for the books, candy and money, and thank you mom and dad for the Buzz Lightyear card and money. Carson is real excited to go spend his $6! And Sunday night, Jason cooked up a delicious meal of scallops and lobster tail. He is becoming quite the chef, which I am loving!

Being the crafty person I am, I love it when holidays roll around. It gives me a chance to come up with crafts for the boys to partake in (well, mostly Carson at this point). While he is working on his fine motor skills, it's also a good time for me to teach him about giving to others. And now he loves to make things for other people. Here's what we made for the grandparents this Valentine's Day. The pink hand is Carson's and the white is Owen's. Carson cut out the heart and did the glitter and stickers. We also made some cute alligator Valentine's for his cousins, which I don't have a picture of right now. I'll try to take a picture of one tomorrow.
