Carson's first attempt at writing his name! We've been working on it for a few weeks now, and he's been doing really great! It just amazes me how fast kids can learn new things. Another proud mommy moment - he pretty much recognizes all his letters and all the numbers up to 10, although he can count higher. I was getting Owen out of the car the other day, and he started saying letters, and when I turned around, he was pointing to the letters in the words Jeep Cherokee on the side of the car next to us, and saying each letter as he pointed to it. My little smartypants! He also likes to read books to me for a change...well the ones he has memorized. If I skip a part in many of his books, he is quick to correct me!
Carson will also be starting preschool here in Benson at Community Presbyterian Preschool starting in January. He'll be going Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 8-11. I think he's going to really enjoy it, and it will allow me and Owen some quality time together as well.
