No More Paci!

I gave Carson until he was 2 to use his beloved paci.....and that time has come and gone. He has now gone 4 days and going on 4 nights with no pacifier, surprisingly without any major breakdowns. He actually hasn't been using it that much the past month, so I took that as a sign he was ready to break his addiction. I have been telling him for months that pacis are for babies and when he turns 2 he will be a big boy and won't need it anymore. Now when the pacifier is brought up, he says the babies have it. I was going to let him give his pacifiers to one of my friend's babies, but he's done so well without it, I don't really want to bring it up if it isn't necessary. Jason and I are so proud of our big boy!!
