Our little Christmas

Since we were leaving for 2 weeks for Kansas and Oklahoma to visit family, we decided to have our own little Christmas morning the week before we left. Since Carson is so young, he did not realize the difference; he was just happy to be opening presents! Of course, when he gets older it might get a little more tricky. We opened our stockings and our gifts from each other, then had a lovely breakfast at Reb's Cafe. It's a little cafe here in Benson, which has the best omeletes. Then we came home and just enjoyed the day with each other. Nice and simple, because we knew the craziness would come in the next couple of weeks!

Carson with his presents....all except a table and chairs that had not arrived yet.

Going through his stocking...making a funny face I might add
